ABOUT US

Australia's Cycling Road Record Body

The RRAA is an unincorporated association established in 2018 to preserve, ratify, and encourage road cycling records throughout Australia.

Historically this role was performed by state and local branches of the League of Wheelmen, and Amateur Cyclists Union, both of which have long since ceased to exist.

The pursuit of road records (point-to-point, distance, and time) was enormously popular across the country from the late 1800s until the early 1950s, but fell into obscurity in the latter half of the 20th century, a situation we hope to correct!

Please note- RRAA is not affiliated or connected in any way with the Road Records Association (RRA) which has supervised road records in the United Kingdom since 1888.
