 Western Australian rider Sacha Dowell, well known as the women's record holder for the over 1,000km Munda Biddi Trail, has now broken the record for the West Coast Wilderness Trail in New Zealand. Her time of 6hr4m45s from Greymouth to Ross slashed more than 1hr45m off the previous record set by Louise Delaney in January 2016, and is only 2m32s short of the men's record.
